Preparation and uploading of camera-ready version for NOMS 2010 proceedings:

To present your accepted paper and to consider its inclusion in the Proceedings of NOMS 2010, you are required to

- Address the reviewers' comments, and create your final manuscript.
- Page length is limited as follows:

  Main technical program: Max 8-page paper in the IEEE double-column format
Mini-conference program: Max 8-page paper in the IEEE double-column format
Poster sessions: Max 4-page (short) paper in the IEEE double-column format
Application Sessions: Max 15 annotated visuals, including title and references

Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account (use conference ID: noms10x; use 'new user' if you haven't used this site㺜
Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your PDF file is Xplore-compliant, OR, else, you can use this site to convert your㺜
㺜㺜㺜source files into an IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file (e.g., for LaTeX users, create a zip file that includes dvi and your㺜
㺜㺜㺜eps figure files all together, and then upload the zip file for the system to convert into a compliant PDF file; for
㺜㺜㺜MSWord㺜users, upload the Word file and let it convert and return a compliant PDF file)

- Upload the Xplore-compliant PDF file by November 29, 2009 to the JEMS system at
- At least one author of the paper must register at the full registration rate. A full author registration will allow up to a
㺜 maximum of three accepted papers (in the main technical program, or the mini-conference, or the poster session, or the
㺜 application㺜sessions), in case you have multiple accepted papers. Registration information will be available soon.
