All NOMS 2010 technical papers must be associated with an author registration at the FULL rate. 
For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for up to three papers.  Please DO NOT SHARE your registration confirmation code with anyone else.  Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an Author account.
PLEASE NOTE:  The organizers of IEEE NOMS 2010 as well as our attendees expect all accepted papers to be presented at the conference.  IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore and EI Index) if the paper is not presented at the conference

Registration fees are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) but will be charged in U.S. Dollars if paying by credit card and will appear as USD at the following conversion rate, from 3 December 2009 1 JPY = 0.0115 USD on your receipt.
